Loan services, online research, reservations and other services temporarily unavailable From 12 to 13 July 2025

Due to a major software update, there will be a significant interruption to our services. From Saturday 12 July 2025 at 7:00 until Sunday 13 July at 7:00, the following services will be unavailable:

• Search, document reservation and user login via the a-z.lu portal
• Loan and return transactions at the service desks
• Use of the self-service loan and return stations in the Reading Room, entrance hall and forecourt
• Loan of multimedia accessories in the Media Centre

Loans currently due back on 12 July 2025 will be automatically extended until 14 July 2025.
