New self-service collection point now available for your loans!

We are delighted to introduce a new convenient service for users of the National Library. Our self-service collection point is now operational on the forecourt of the library, providing a flexible and efficient way to collect your reserved items. This service functions similarly to parcel lockers and requires only your library card for access.

To request a document, simply place your order through the a-z.lu portal as you normally would. If the document is eligible for self-service collection, this option will be displayed during the ordering process.

Once your items are ready, you will receive an email notification. You can then pick up your materials at your convenience within 7 days from the self-service collection point outside the library, which is accessible 24/7.

Please remember to bring your BnL library card if you opt for the self-service collection, as it is required for access. For those who prefer a more personalised service, our regular desk services remain available to assist you.
